PT Teman Perempuan Sehati, a division of the fast-growing Filmore Health network, is expanding its healthcare services in Baliās most vibrant communities. We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses with a midwifery background to join our mission of delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to women and families across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in maternal and child health programs, providing prenatal, postnatal, and newborn care while collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals. Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive prenatal and postnatal care to expectant and new mothers, including health assessments, education, and counseling.
- Assist in deliveries and emergency obstetric care under the supervision of senior medical staff.
- Monitor and support newborn health, including vaccinations, growth tracking, and early development screenings.
- Conduct family planning consultations and reproductive health education for women and couples.
- Collaborate with doctors, midwives, and community health workers to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote maternal and child health awareness.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe, hygienic clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Nursing (S.Kep) with a midwifery specialization (Bidan) and valid Indonesian nursing license (STR).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in obstetrics, gynecology, or maternal-child health.
- Strong knowledge of prenatal, labor, delivery, and postpartum care best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) is a plus.
- Passion for womenās health advocacy and community-based healthcare.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is advantageous.
