Responsibility
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Provide expert consultation to patients on the proper use, dosage, and potential side effects of medications.
- Collaborate with doctors and healthcare providers to optimize patient treatment plans and ensure medication safety.
- Maintain accurate patient records and inventory management to ensure the availability of essential medications.
- Educate patients on general health topics, preventive care, and the importance of adherence to prescribed treatments.
- Oversee the proper storage and handling of medications to maintain their efficacy and safety.
- Participate in health campaigns and community outreach programs to promote public health awareness.
- Stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical advancements, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Valid Pharmacist license (SIK) issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Health.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail, hospital, or clinical pharmacy setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, drug interactions, and patient counseling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and patient safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and basic computer skills.
