Responsibility
- Provide personalized nursing care to retreat guests, including health assessments, vital sign monitoring, and treatment administration.
- Collaborate with wellness practitioners to develop and implement customized wellness plans tailored to individual guest needs.
- Administer medications, injections, and IV therapies as prescribed by medical professionals.
- Monitor and document guest health progress, ensuring accurate and confidential record-keeping.
- Respond to medical emergencies with calm efficiency, providing first aid and coordinating with local healthcare providers when necessary.
- Educate guests on health promotion, disease prevention, and wellness best practices.
- Maintain a sterile and organized medical environment, adhering to all hygiene and safety protocols.
- Assist in the coordination of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license (local or international, with eligibility to practice in Indonesia).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in nursing, preferably in wellness, spa medicine, or luxury healthcare settings.
- Strong knowledge of general nursing practices, including patient assessment, wound care, and medication administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with diverse clientele.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, such as Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus).
- Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) or equivalent.
- Passion for holistic health and wellness, with an open-minded approach to integrative medicine.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
