Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional needs to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Design and implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve clients’ functional abilities and independence.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, physiotherapists, and social workers, to ensure integrated care.
- Provide education and training to clients, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques and assistive devices.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Mentor junior therapists and contribute to professional development initiatives within the team.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in occupational therapy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Valid license or registration to practice Occupational Therapy in Indonesia or equivalent international certification.
- Proven experience in assessing and treating a diverse caseload, including pediatric, geriatric, or disability-focused clients.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with assistive technologies and adaptive equipment used in occupational therapy.
