Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after dialysis treatments to ensure safety and efficacy.
- Administer hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis according to prescribed protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor and document vital signs, fluid balance, and laboratory results to adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Operate and maintain dialysis machines and equipment, ensuring compliance with infection control and safety standards.
- Educate patients and families on renal disease management, dietary restrictions, and self-care techniques.
- Collaborate with nephrologists, dietitians, and social workers to develop individualized care plans.
- Respond promptly to emergencies or complications during dialysis, implementing appropriate interventions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance dialysis outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license with specialization in nephrology or dialysis nursing (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in renal dialysis or a related field.
- Certification in Dialysis Nursing (e.g., CNN, CDN) is a plus.
- Proficient in operating dialysis machines and interpreting lab results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of infection control protocols and sterile techniques.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
