Responsibility
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with prescriptions and regulatory standards.
- Provide patient counseling on proper medication use, side effects, and interactions to promote adherence and safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to review and optimize drug therapies for better patient outcomes.
- Maintain inventory of pharmaceutical supplies, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring expiration dates.
- Verify insurance coverage and process claims to facilitate seamless medication access for patients.
- Educate patients and families on disease management, preventive care, and wellness strategies.
- Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all patient interactions and record-keeping.
- Stay updated on the latest pharmaceutical advancements, guidelines, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Valid Pharmacist License (PRC for Philippine-registered professionals or equivalent for Indonesia).
- Proven experience in retail, hospital, or clinical pharmacy settings (1+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of drug interactions, dosage forms, and therapeutic uses.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) to interact with diverse patients and teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in pharmacy software and Microsoft Office tools.
