Responsibility
- Conduct thorough medical anamnesis (patient history taking) to assess symptoms, allergies, and medical backgrounds.
- Perform physical examinations and order diagnostic tests (e.g., blood work, imaging) to aid in accurate diagnosis.
- Diagnose and develop personalized treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions in alignment with clinical guidelines.
- Provide emergency care in the IGD (Emergency Department), including stabilization and referral for critical cases.
- Manage outpatient consultations in general and specialized clinics, ensuring continuity of care.
- Prescribe medications, therapies, and preventive measures while educating patients on health maintenance.
- Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and healthcare staff to deliver integrated patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols and legal standards.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (S.Ked or equivalent) from a recognized institution and valid Indonesian medical license (SIP).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a General Practitioner, preferably in emergency or outpatient settings.
- Strong knowledge of general medicine, pharmacology, and diagnostic procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia to interact with diverse patients.
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments (e.g., IGD) with critical thinking and empathy.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and basic medical software.
- Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional development.
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali (preference for candidates already in Bali).
