Responsibility
- Assist dermatologists during consultations, treatments, and minor surgical procedures.
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring all equipment and supplies are sterilized and ready for use.
- Administer dermatological treatments, including laser therapy, chemical peels, and cryotherapy, under physician supervision.
- Educate patients on post-treatment care, skincare routines, and preventive measures for skin health.
- Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with clinic standards.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and clinic safety guidelines.
- Provide exceptional patient care, fostering a welcoming and professional clinic environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license (e.g., STR for Indonesian nurses or equivalent international certification).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in dermatology, aesthetic medicine, or a related healthcare field.
- Proficiency in dermatological procedures, including laser treatments, chemical peels, and wound care.
- Strong knowledge of infection control practices and patient safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
