Responsibility
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, including assessments, treatments, and follow-ups.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and surgeries as required.
- Administer medications, injections, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
- Monitor and manage clinical supplies, ensuring inventory is well-stocked and equipment is functional.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Adhere to all clinic policies, healthcare regulations, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid Indonesian Nursing License (STR) and registration.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior clinical experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English to interact effectively with patients and medical staff.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy for electronic health records (EHR) and clinic management systems.
- Willingness to work Monday to Saturday (09:00–21:00) with a rotating schedule.
