Responsibility
- Assist dentists during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain infection control standards.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Manage patient records, scheduling, and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Provide chairside support, including handing instruments and operating suction devices.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the workplace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; dental assistant certification is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to patient care.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
- Previous experience in a dental clinic is advantageous but not required for trainees.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus.
