Responsibility
- Serve as the primary contact for SingHealth institutions in cases of abuse or harassment involving patients and their next of kin.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure staff protection and wellness.
- Conduct investigations into reported incidents and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to address workplace concerns and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Organize training sessions and workshops to educate staff on prevention and response strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs and initiatives.
- Provide support and counseling to affected staff members, ensuring their well-being and recovery.
- Maintain confidential records and documentation related to incidents and resolutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in staff protection, wellness, or a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety, harassment policies, and conflict resolution techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Proven ability to develop and implement wellness programs and initiatives.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to workplace safety and employee rights.
- Certification in conflict resolution, mediation, or a related area is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
