Responsibility
- Perform and interpret diagnostic imaging procedures with precision, ensuring high-quality results for remote patient care.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize imaging workflows and integrate informatics solutions for improved efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and data security protocols in a remote work environment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to imaging software and hardware, providing timely solutions.
- Document and analyze imaging data to support clinical decision-making and quality assurance.
- Participate in continuous training to stay updated on advancements in radiography and imaging informatics.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA or equivalent data protection standards.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities for automation and digital innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Radiography, Medical Imaging, or a related field.
- Valid radiography license or certification (e.g., ARRT, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical radiography or imaging informatics.
- Proficiency in PACS, RIS, and other imaging software platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in diagnostic imaging.
- Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment with reliable internet connectivity.
- Familiarity with healthcare BPO operations is a plus.
