Responsibility
- Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients across various departments
- Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with hospital standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor and operate medical equipment, ensuring proper functioning and maintenance
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe, clean working environment
- Participate in continuous professional development and training programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) or Diploma in Nursing (D3 Keperawatan)
- Valid nursing license (STR) from Indonesian Nursing Council (PPNI)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience (fresh graduates with exceptional skills will be considered)
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced environment
- Computer literacy with experience in electronic medical records systems
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- BLS/ACLS certification is a plus
