Responsibility
- Assist in the design and implementation of clinical and health services research studies.
- Collect, process, and analyze research data using statistical tools and methodologies.
- Conduct comprehensive literature reviews to support research hypotheses and methodologies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including study protocols, consent forms, and ethical approval submissions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research alignment with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Disseminate research findings through reports, presentations, and peer-reviewed publications.
- Monitor study progress and ensure compliance with ethical and procedural guidelines.
- Assist in grant writing and funding applications for research projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Medicine, Biology, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in clinical research, data analysis, or healthcare settings (internships or academic projects accepted).
- Strong proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of research ethics, GCP (Good Clinical Practice), and regulatory requirements is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
