Responsibility
- Provide pre- and post-treatment care for aesthetic procedures (e.g., injectables, lasers, skin treatments).
- Assist doctors and specialists during consultations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Educate clients on treatment plans, aftercare, and skincare routines with clarity and professionalism.
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to strict hygiene and infection control protocols.
- Monitor and document patient vitals, medical histories, and treatment progress accurately.
- Administer injections, IV therapies, or topical treatments as directed by medical staff.
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring readiness for procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and fostering trust.
Qualifications
- Active nursing license (STR) in Indonesia, with experience in aesthetic, dermatology, or cosmetic nursing preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or medical spa setting.
- Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare products, and patient safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) or equivalent is a plus.
- Familiarity with EHR (Electronic Health Records) or clinic management software.
- Passion for continuing education in aesthetic medicine and patient care.
