Responsibility
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow, patient scheduling, and administrative efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of TCM practitioners, therapists, and support staff.
- Implement and monitor clinic policies, procedures, and quality standards in compliance with local and international healthcare regulations.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, revenue tracking, and cost control to ensure profitability.
- Enhance patient experience by optimizing service delivery, addressing feedback, and fostering a welcoming clinic environment.
- Collaborate with the research team to integrate evidence-based TCM practices and innovative treatments.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain patients, leveraging Baliās wellness tourism appeal.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and local healthcare communities to expand the clinicās network.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field. A background in Traditional Chinese Medicine or holistic health is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinic or healthcare management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage teams, improve operational processes, and drive patient satisfaction.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages, such as Mandarin or Indonesian, are advantageous).
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance, licensing, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
- Passion for Traditional Chinese Medicine and a commitment to promoting holistic wellness.
- Experience in marketing, business development, or customer relationship management within the healthcare sector.
