Responsibility
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital policies and medical standards.
- Administer medications, monitor patient vital signs, and document medical records accurately.
- Assist doctors and senior nurses in medical procedures and emergency response situations.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing license and registration in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical procedures, patient care, and infection control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with compassion and professionalism.
- Basic computer skills for medical documentation and record-keeping.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
