Responsibility
- Assist dermatologists and aesthetic doctors during consultations, procedures, and post-treatment care.
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize equipment, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety protocols.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure care, including skincare routines and recovery guidelines.
- Administer injectables (e.g., Botox, fillers) and perform non-invasive treatments under supervision.
- Monitor patient vital signs and manage any adverse reactions with professionalism and urgency.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and treatment progress notes.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns and ensuring a positive clinic experience.
- Stay updated on the latest aesthetic trends, techniques, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian Nursing License (STR) and certification in aesthetic nursing (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical nursing, with prior exposure to dermatology or aesthetics a plus.
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, cosmetic procedures, and medical-grade skincare products.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian to serve a diverse clientele.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and empathy.
- Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) and infection control.
- Familiarity with laser treatments, chemical peels, or microneedling is advantageous.
- Professional demeanor with a passion for patient-centered care.
