Responsibility

- Operate and maintain advanced medical equipment, ensuring calibration and functionality for accurate diagnostic results.
- Analyze and interpret test data, flagging abnormalities and reporting findings to healthcare providers in a timely manner.
- Maintain meticulous records of test results, patient data, and laboratory procedures in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the reliability and validity of laboratory outputs.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient diagnosis and treatment plans.
- Adhere to strict safety and hygiene protocols to prevent contamination and ensure a sterile laboratory environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or a related field, with a valid Registered Medical Technologist (RMT) license.
- Proven experience in a clinical laboratory setting, with proficiency in operating diagnostic equipment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex medical data accurately.
- Knowledge of laboratory information systems (LIS) and electronic health records (EHR).
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly to healthcare teams.
