Responsibility

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support for Konica Minolta production printing equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
  • Perform regular maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on printing machines to uphold optimal performance standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and customer service, to resolve complex technical issues and enhance product reliability.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers and internal staff on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of printing equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders, parts usage, and customer feedback, using company-approved systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in printing technology and participate in continuous training programs to enhance technical skills.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new printing equipment, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support, preferably within the printing, manufacturing, or industrial equipment sector.
  • Strong knowledge of production printing technologies, including digital presses, offset printers, and finishing equipment.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required to support customer sites.
  • Certification in Konica Minolta products or similar printing technologies is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
