Responsibility
- Develop and execute regional talent development strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Design and deliver leadership development programs, including coaching, mentoring, and high-potential initiatives.
- Lead organizational development efforts, such as change management, culture transformation, and team effectiveness assessments.
- Implement succession planning frameworks to ensure a robust pipeline of future leaders.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to identify skills gaps and create targeted learning and development solutions.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and action planning.
- Measure and analyze the impact of talent programs using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture across APAC through cross-functional projects and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Talent Development, Organizational Development, or HR Business Partnering, with at least 3 years in a regional role.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing talent management frameworks and leadership programs.
- Strong understanding of APAC market dynamics and cultural nuances in workforce development.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) or coaching (e.g., ICF) are a plus.
- Data literacy: Ability to leverage HR analytics to drive decision-making.
- Fluency in English; additional Asian languages are advantageous.
