Responsibility
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and align learning initiatives with business objectives.
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for employees at all levels.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and e-learning modules to enhance employee competencies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs meet organizational needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Manage training budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to employees to support their career development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to assess training needs and develop effective learning solutions.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Certification in Training & Development (e.g., ATD, CIPD) is a plus.
