Join Office Secretaries as a Regional Supply Chain Manager for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region and play a pivotal role in optimizing our end-to-end supply chain operations. Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations for the APAC region, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and reduce procurement costs.
- Lead demand planning and forecasting to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts or excess inventory.
- Manage and enhance ERP system functionalities to streamline order processing, tracking, and reporting.
- Coordinate with 3PL providers for tolling, warehousing, and logistics services, ensuring compliance with SLAs and cost efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics (e.g., order cycle time, fill rates, logistics costs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) to align supply chain strategies with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including customs, trade, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or CSCP/CPIM certification is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a regional leadership role in APAC.
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing, vendor negotiation, and contract management.
- Strong expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or supply chain analytics tools.
- In-depth knowledge of APAC logistics networks, customs regulations, and 3PL management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with a data-driven approach.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with global teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to changing business needs.
