Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding air and sea freight shipments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions.
  • Monitor shipment statuses and provide real-time updates to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, communications, and transactions.

  • Assist in preparing and reviewing shipping documentation to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
