Responsibility
- Perform daily warehouse floor tasks, including receiving, storing, and dispatching inventory with accuracy.
- Conduct regular stock counts, audits, and reconciliations to ensure inventory records match physical stock.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements and generate reports.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., procurement, logistics) to resolve discrepancies and optimize inventory flow.
- Label, pack, and prepare goods for shipment while adhering to quality control procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and flag potential shortages or excess stock to management.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling of equipment and hazardous materials (if applicable).
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with WMS/ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with colleagues and supervisors.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management principles (e.g., FIFO, LIFO, cycle counting).
- Ability to lift/move items up to 20β25 kg and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in West or North Bali (company transport provided).
