Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of multiple retail stores in Bali, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
- Monitor store performance, including sales targets, inventory management, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operational efficiency, staff performance, and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with store managers to develop action plans for improving store performance and addressing challenges.
- Implement training programs to enhance staff skills in customer service, sales techniques, and operational procedures.
- Ensure consistent branding, merchandising, and visual standards across all stores in the region.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on regional performance to senior management, including recommendations for strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and managing teams in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams across multiple locations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance store performance.
- Experience with inventory management, merchandising, and visual standards in a retail setting.
- Flexibility to travel frequently within Bali to visit stores and attend regional meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
