Responsibility
- Strategic Talent Leadership: Develop and execute regional talent acquisition strategies aligned with sector-specific business goals and growth plans.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, HR, and business units to identify talent needs and deliver scalable solutions.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, from workforce planning to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Employer Branding: Enhance CBREâs employer brand in APAC through innovative sourcing, marketing, and engagement initiatives.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage talent analytics and market insights to optimize recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
- Team Development: Mentor and lead a high-performing talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Champion D&I initiatives to build diverse pipelines and promote an inclusive workplace.
- Vendor & Partnership Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and industry networks.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 8+ years in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a regional leadership role within APAC.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of real estate, corporate services, or professional services sectors is highly advantageous.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate business objectives into actionable talent strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and influencing skills to engage with C-suite and cross-functional teams.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), CRM tools, and data analytics platforms.
- Global Perspective: Experience working in multi-cultural environments with a focus on APAC markets.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Masterâs or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; additional APAC languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are a strong asset.
