Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for a growing workforce in Bali’s construction sector.
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks tailored to local and corporate standards.
- Optimize administrative systems (e.g., attendance, leave management, performance tracking) for efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate accounting for HR-related expenses and budget adherence.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including training programs, team-building, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain confidential records and generate reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Act as a liaison between management and staff, fostering a positive and productive work culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR & Admin management, preferably in construction, engineering, or a fast-paced industry.
- Proven track record in manpower planning, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, payroll systems, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on process improvement and cost optimization.
