Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
- Manage employee records, benefits administration, and HR documentation in compliance with local labor laws.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Oversee general affairs, including office management, vendor relations, and facility maintenance.
- Support payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to address workplace concerns and foster a positive work environment.
- Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or general affairs, preferably in the agricultural or manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
