Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Lead employee relations initiatives, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Coordinate payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while collaborating with finance teams.
- Conduct performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and development planning.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other welfare initiatives.
- Monitor HR metrics and analytics to identify trends and recommend improvements for workforce optimization.
- Organize and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and payroll management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
