Responsibility
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and screening.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- Support employer branding initiatives, including social media and campus recruitment.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
- Assist in organizing HR events, career fairs, and recruitment drives.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and reporting.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR Operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with HRIS or ATS tools.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Prior internship or project experience in HR is advantageous.
