Responsibility
- Develop and implement organizational development strategies to enhance workplace productivity and employee satisfaction.
- Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement in talent management and operational efficiency.
- Design and facilitate training programs, workshops, and leadership development initiatives tailored to various levels of the organization.
- Lead change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational restructuring or new system implementations.
- Collaborate with HR to refine performance management systems, including KPIs, feedback mechanisms, and career progression frameworks.
- Analyze employee engagement data and propose actionable insights to boost morale and retention.
- Partner with senior leadership to align OD initiatives with business objectives and cultural values.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in OD to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Organizational Development, HR Business Partnering, or a similar role, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in designing and executing OD programs, training modules, and change management projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS, LMS, or other OD-related tools (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and lean management principles is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive and adaptive mindset.
