Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with company goals.
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Organize and coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and documentation in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure adherence to internal policies and external legal requirements.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by organizing team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced or international environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and other relevant tools.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
