Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end learning and development programs aligned with Sodexo’s strategic goals and business objectives.
- Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to identify skill gaps and training needs across the organization.
- Create and deliver engaging training materials, workshops, and e-learning modules tailored to diverse learning styles and employee needs.
- Manage the full lifecycle of L&D initiatives, from needs assessment and program design to implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of training programs using key performance indicators (KPIs) and feedback mechanisms to ensure impact and ROI.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by promoting employee development opportunities and encouraging a growth mindset within teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development to drive innovation in our programs.
- Partner with external vendors, consultants, and training providers to source and deliver high-quality learning solutions when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, training, or organizational development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing end-to-end L&D programs, including needs assessments, curriculum development, and program evaluation.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and digital training platforms.
- Experience working in a multicultural or global organization is highly desirable.
- Certification in training or L&D (e.g., ATD, CIPD, or similar) is an advantage.
