Responsibility
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for US-based roles using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and refine recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track candidate progress and ensure data accuracy.
- Develop compelling job descriptions and employer branding materials to attract top talent.
- Stay updated on US labor market trends, immigration policies, and industry-specific hiring demands.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR (entry-level candidates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with US recruitment processes, employment laws, and visa requirements is a plus.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS software).
