Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance with local labor laws in Indonesia.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent across Bali.
- Design and execute employee development programs, including training, performance management, and career progression initiatives.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting diversity and inclusion.
- Monitor HR metrics and KPIs to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement in HR processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business expansion and operational excellence in Bali.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, with experience in multi-location HR management preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR analytics tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
