Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support HR operations by maintaining employee records, updating databases, and preparing HR documents.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and company events.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including handling correspondence, filing, and data entry.
- Help with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
- Assist in conducting HR-related research and preparing reports for management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide HR projects and initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
