Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding, for healthcare BPO roles.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, including nurses, medical coders, and customer service professionals.
- Conduct screening interviews, assessments, and coordinate hiring manager feedback.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive networking and database management.
- Collaborate with HR and operations teams to align hiring with business growth objectives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company recruitment policies.
- Leverage ATS and CRM tools to track candidate progress and optimize recruitment workflows.
- Provide regular reports on hiring metrics, challenges, and market trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in BPO, healthcare, or high-volume hiring.
- Proven track record of meeting hiring targets and reducing time-to-fill.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage candidates and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, ATS platforms).
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Knowledge of healthcare staffing or BPO industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
