Responsibility

- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
- Design and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in Indonesia.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage HR operations and strategic initiatives.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
