Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate journey.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and identify ideal candidate profiles.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, cultural fit, and potential for growth.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview schedules, feedback sessions, and hiring decisions with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs across multiple locations.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations is a plus.
