Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as document management, office correspondence, and scheduling.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with local labor laws.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Maintain HR records, including attendance, leave management, and personnel files, ensuring confidentiality.
- Assist in workforce planning and budgeting to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a multinational or engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
