Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities.
- Maintain and update job descriptions and job postings to ensure accuracy and attractiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications for potential hires.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
