Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for pet care products in the Bali region.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth across assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and wholesalers to ensure product availability and visibility.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize sales strategies.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess in-store execution, merchandising standards, and promotional compliance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute trade promotions, product launches, and brand activation campaigns.
- Train and coach sales staff on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service excellence.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budget proposals to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG or pet care industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams in a regional or area-based role.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian retail market, distributor networks, and trade dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive decision-making.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/sales management tools.
