Responsibility
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in assigned territories.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives and promoters to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.
- Design and implement trade promotions, merchandising plans, and in-store activations to boost product visibility and sales.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with distribution partners, retailers, and key accounts to strengthen relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and promotional guidelines across all operational activities.
- Drive customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong after-sales support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, or key account management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing promotional campaigns in a regional or multi-location capacity.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in sales analytics, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent English and Indonesian language skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
