Responsibility
- Manage and optimize regional distributor accounts across Asia to ensure alignment with business objectives and sales targets.
- Oversee inventory planning, demand forecasting, and order fulfillment to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, logistics, finance) to streamline supply chain processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and process improvements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products and services, adhering to quality and compliance standards.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and generate reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Travel regionally as needed to conduct business reviews, training, and on-site support for distributors and customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, sales operations, or logistics, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record in managing distributor relationships and driving sales growth in a regional role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional Asian languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel up to 30-40% of the time within the Asia-Pacific region.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
