Responsibility
- Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies to expand the company’s footprint in B2B chemical markets across Southeast Asia.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with key clients, distributors, and partners in the chemical industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive long-term revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the chemical sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, supply chain, logistics) to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and client meetings across the SEA region.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the chemical industry or a related sector.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a regional or international capacity.
- Strong understanding of chemical products, applications, and market dynamics in Southeast Asia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English. Knowledge of local languages is a plus.
- Ability to travel frequently within the SEA region for client meetings, trade shows, and business development.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
