Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in Southern Bali.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with enterprise-level clients, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the Bali market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of 5+ years in sales management, preferably in B2B or enterprise sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Experience in market expansion, account management, and team leadership.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel across Southern Bali as needed.
