Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth across the SEA region, focusing on key markets such as Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
- Identify, negotiate, and onboard new distributors and retail partners to expand our market presence and increase product availability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors, ensuring consistent performance and alignment with brand goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that support sales objectives and enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Set and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and untapped opportunities in the wellness industry.
- Represent Unichi Wellness at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand reputation and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in sales management, preferably within the wellness, FMCG, or retail industry, with a focus on regional or international markets.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Experience in distributor management, including onboarding, training, and performance monitoring.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for wellness and a deep understanding of consumer behavior in the SEA region.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese) are a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the SEA region to meet with partners, attend events, and explore new markets.
