Responsibility
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand seafood export markets in Southeast Asia.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of seafood products.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in seafood, FMCG, or export-oriented industries.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a regional or international market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Deep understanding of export processes, logistics, and international trade regulations.
- Ability to travel regionally (up to 30% of the time) to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
