Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the Bali region.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to exceed performance KPIs, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hotels, resorts, restaurants, and retail chains.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure seamless product delivery and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG, food distribution, or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in coaching and developing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Deep understanding of the Bali market, including its culinary and hospitality landscape.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
